Shipping policy

Processing time for PREORDER wigs can take up to 4 weeks (28-30 business days). 

Shipping for available units happen 48 hours

Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 7-10 business days. 

Business days are Monday-Friday. 

Shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. 

All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. 

The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the Canada are shipped via Canada Post, International orders may ship with UPS or FEDEX. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site.

Custom orders and preorders cannot be returned/exchanged but modifications are always possible, some add-ons will be charged. 

DISCLAIMER: Each unit on the pre-order section are display of the look. Wigs will be re-ordered, colored and styles so the end result can never be 100% what’s pictured. Coloring and styling can never be duplicated to the exact detail but the same formula is been used. The color placement will differ from one wig to another but the essence of the look will be there. coloring is an ART…thank you for trusting and understanding my ART. 

Once Canada post or FEDEX has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
