Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Custom wig orders, preorders and ready to ship wigs cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final. 

Farbtone by Fola is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy:

Wigs labeled as “Ready to Ship” will ship out the following business day. Shipping timeframes then begin.

Processing time is 12 business days for custom orders. Shipping time to Canadian residents is 3-5 business days. Shipping times to the United States are 5-8 business days.

Once the mailing carriers have possession of your order, they are fully responsible for the delivery of your product. Wigs are shipped with shipping insurance.
